Here you can download my IBS podcasts, which tell the story of my life with irritable bowel syndrome. New podcasts will appear regularly.
There are two ways to listen to the podcasts. You can either just click on the link and, in most browsers, the podcast will begin automatically. Or you can right click on the file you wish to download, choose "Save target as", and this will download the file to your own computer. From there you can listen to it on itunes or most audio/media players, or transfer it to an MP3 player like an ipod.
