IBS Tales

ibs self-help

Here are some self-help ideas for IBS sufferers. Please remember that this site is not run by a doctor, and does not offer any kind of medical advice. These products have been chosen because I have heard good things about them from fellow sufferers and because they are made by reputable companies, but we all react differently to IBS treatments.

The products are split into treatments for diarrhea, treatments for constipation, and general IBS treatments which are used by both diarrhea and constipation sufferers, as well as people who alternate between diarrhea and constipation.

Where appropriate I have included reviews of the products, written by IBS sufferers who have contacted this site.
