support this site
If IBS Tales has helped you in any way then there are a number of things you can do to show your support. I love running this site and it has given me a lot of comfort, but it also takes a lot of work - proofreading and uploading new stories, writing blog entries, sending out newsletters, working on the technical aspects of running a website, and answering literally hundreds of emails every month.
IBS Tales has always been, and will always remain, completely free to use. If you have found the site useful and you would like to give a little something in return, here are some ways in which you can really help.
Link to this site from your own website
Do you have your own website, or know someone who does? If so, it would be great if you could add a link to IBS Tales so that other IBS sufferers can find it. Here is some suggested link text, but please feel free to use any text you like:

Join the mailing list
The mailing list helps me keep in touch with IBS sufferers and let people know about, for example, any special offers or freebies from product manufacturers. It also lets me tell you about new medications, books and general news in the IBS world. Plus, it helps me to find volunteers for newspaper and magazine articles on IBS - and sometimes even television programmes!
Emails are sent out once a month.
Point out any mistakes!
This might sound like a strange request, but if you do spot any spelling or grammatical errors, broken links, or any other errors within the site, then please let me know as I try to keep things as accurate as possible. Please use the Contact me page to get in touch with me.
Just one caveat - I am in the UK, but in general I tend to use US spellings for things like diarrhea, because I get more US readers than UK readers (as most websites do, just due to the respective size of the countries).
